1. Returns
You have five (5) days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your mobile money account or the method you used for payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your mobile money service provider's policies.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using the mail at the contact section below this page. We will send you a notification to provide you with information on where to deliver the products.
4. Delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that opened products are not eligible for return. We kindly ask our customers to ensure the product is suitable before opening.
